Turn Great Products Into Best Sellers.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead with the commercial instinct to spot trends, the creative flair to build compelling product stories, and the data-driven mindset to drive sales.

The Opportunity

You will be the architect of our product marketing strategy. Working hand-in-hand with our Buying, E-commerce, and Retail teams, you won't just be managing campaigns—you’ll be the person who identifies our "hero" products, ensures they stand out across every touchpoint, and delivers measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy & Growth: Develop annual product marketing plans that prioritise hero products and drive real commercial results.
  • Storytelling: Turn features into benefits. You’ll create the campaigns that make customers say, "I need that."
  • Channel Mastery: Lead product marketing across stores, website, email, and social media (including but not restricted to TikTok Shop), ensuring our brand is consistent everywhere.
  • Trend Spotting: You’ll be the first to know what’s trending, keeping us ahead of the competition.
  • Innovation: Champion the use of AI tools to optimise our marketing productivity and campaign performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use sales data and customer insights to monitor performance and constantly optimise for success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
