What do we do?
Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we're a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It's faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.
We're backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6,000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.
The Role
As Product Marketing Lead, Experience, you will own product marketing for the Experience product group. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will turn customer insight into positioning, go-to-market plans, and measurable customer and business impact. You will work across Product, Growth, Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand, while partnering with the senior leadership team on broader company positioning and category strategy.
What You'll Do
- Build customer and market insight through research, customer conversations, usage signals, competitive intelligence, and commercial feedback.
- Define positioning, messaging, segmentation, proof points, and the product story to address the problem space the product addresses.
- Lead high-impact launches from early strategy through readiness, channel activation, adoption, advocacy, and learning.
- Build focused go-to-market plans across the channels that matter, with clear audiences, owners, trade-offs, and measures.
- Partner with Product and Engineering early enough to influence the product roadmap, priorities, onboarding, packaging, proof, and the customer experience.
- Equip Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and partners with the stories and tools they need to create customer value.
- Bring competitive and market insight into product and go-to-market decisions, and identify opportunities to sharpen differentiation.
- Set objectives and measures for customer adoption, retention, and commercial impact. Make practical recommendations using data and opportunity sizing to highlight the business and customer opportunity.
- Use AI to improve research, synthesis, analysis, workflow automation, and product marketing quality, with strong judgement and verification.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
