Product Marketing Lead
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Lead to own our positioning and make a clear, compelling case for why businesses should choose spektr.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll own our positioning and produce everything from launch messaging to customer stories, product content and pitch decks. You’ll work closely with marketing, product and our commercial team to turn what spektr does into stories and content that open doors and move deals forward.
About Us
Compliance, built like product.
Financial services has changed enormously. Much of the technology behind compliance hasn’t. Teams still spend hours on manual checks, disconnected systems slow down launches, and entering a new market can mean rebuilding the same processes all over again.
We’re changing that. spektr gives regulated businesses one platform for onboarding, monitoring and investigations, with configurable workflows and AI agents that do the legwork. Product, Operations and Compliance can move together, with the control they need to grow.
It’s a huge opportunity in an industry that has moved slowly for too long. We’ve built a product we’re proud to put in front of the most demanding customers. Now we’re looking for people who want to help get it into their hands.
- $26M raised, including a $20M Series A led by NEA, with backing from Northzone, Seedcamp and PreSeed Ventures.
- Founders who have done this before. Mikkel and Cip built HelloFlow together and sold it to Trulioo in 2022. They’re now building spektr alongside co-founders Jan-Erik and Jeremy, taking on a much bigger part of the customer lifecycle.
- Customers worth getting excited about. We work with businesses including Pleo, Trustly, Nexi and Santander. These are large accounts with complex problems, ambitious teams and plenty of room for us to make a difference.
- Three offices: Copenhagen, London and Iași, with customers across more than 15 countries.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Do
- Own spektr’s positioning and messaging across onboarding, monitoring and investigations, making a complex platform clear and compelling for Product, Operations and Compliance teams.
- Create content that drives our pipeline, from product pages and guides to thought leadership, customer stories, videos and campaign assets.
- Help lead product launches, working with our product team to create messaging and content that clearly demonstrates the value that spektr delivers.
- Build the materials our commercial team needs to win, including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers and tailored content for priority accounts.
- Stay close to the competition and the market, turning what you learn into sharper positioning and a clearer case for choosing spektr.
- Spend time with customers and prospects to understand their problems and the language they use, and bring what you learn into our messaging and content.
How We Work
We don’t do generic marketing. We send custom comics, make engaging films with our customers and build campaigns around the accounts we most want to win. But of course sometimes a well-written guide or a sharp one-pager is exactly what’s needed. You’ll have the freedom to work out what will resonate, try it and learn from what works.
You’ll be close to the product and the deals. Product, engineering, our commercial team and the founders all get involved, giving you the people and context you need to get the story right. Bring a good idea and you’ll find people who want to help make it happen.
Who You Are
- You have experience nailing positioning and product launches at a B2B company, and can show us the messaging, content and commercial materials you’ve personally created. Ideally, you’ve done this for a business selling into financial services, fintech or another regulated industry.
- A strong writer who can make complex products clear without losing what makes them different.
- Comfortable getting into the details of a product and figuring out how it solves a real business problem.
- Curious about customers. You enjoy talking to them, listening well and turning what you hear into better messaging.
- Productive and hands-on. You enjoy getting work out into the world, not just planning it.
- Collaborative and persuasive, able to bring product, marketing and our commercial team together around a clear, consistent story.
