We're partnering with an established and growing consumer retail business to find a commercially minded Product Marketing Lead to join its marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a product-focused marketer who combines commercial thinking, creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making. You'll play a key role in shaping how products are positioned, promoted and brought to life across both physical and digital channels.

Description
As Product Marketing Lead, you'll take ownership of the product marketing strategy, working closely with Buying, E-commerce, Retail and wider marketing teams.
You'll identify key "hero" products, develop compelling campaigns around them and ensure they stand out across every relevant customer touchpoint - ultimately driving awareness, engagement and sales.
The Role
- Develop and deliver annual product marketing strategies and plans focused on commercial growth.
- Identify priority and "hero" products and create compelling marketing stories around them.
- Translate product features into clear, engaging customer benefits.
- Lead product marketing activity across retail stores, e-commerce, email and social channels.
- Work across emerging and fast-growing channels, including platforms such as TikTok Shop.
- Monitor consumer, retail and cultural trends to identify new opportunities.
- Use customer insights and sales data to measure campaign performance and continually optimise activity.
- Champion the use of AI and new technologies to improve marketing productivity and performance.
- Work closely with Buying, E-commerce, Retail and other internal teams to deliver joined-up campaigns.
- Ensure all product marketing activity is commercially focused while maintaining a high standard of brand and content quality.

Profile
We're looking for an experienced product marketer who understands how to turn products into compelling customer propositions.
Essential Experience
- Experience in retail product marketing with a track record of success (Retail and Product Marketing are essential)
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to use sales and customer data to inform decisions.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across both physical and digital environments.
- A strong understanding of how marketing can influence both in-store performance and online conversion.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and bring teams together.
- A creative approach to product storytelling and content.
- A genuine interest in consumer behaviour, trends and emerging marketing channels.
- A high level of attention to detail and a strong instinct for quality.
- An interest in using AI and new technologies to improve marketing effectiveness.

- Salary - £60k to £70k + Bens
