Workflow Annotator Product Management & Marketing
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $13 - $36/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 - 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design and document authentic product management and marketing workflows using collaboration platforms and business tools.
- Execute workflows directly within platforms while capturing actions, decisions, and outcomes.
- Incorporate adjacent tools and data sources to create realistic workflow scenarios.
- Create clear workflow documentation, including step-by-step processes, objectives, and expected deliverables.
- Identify and flag ambiguous or unrealistic scenarios, collaborating with stakeholders to improve workflow quality.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and realism across all workflow submissions.
- Communicate workflow details effectively for review, annotation, and training purposes.

Requirements
- Strong experience in product management, product marketing, growth marketing, or related functions.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack and either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Experience creating business documents such as PRDs, briefs, roadmaps, trackers, and executive reports.
- Ability to document complex multi-tool workflows with clarity and structure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with analytics, reporting, or business intelligence tools is preferred.
