Our unique smart cell monitoring solutions based on chip-on-cell technology and proprietary contactless communication protocol is transforming battery systems for electric vehicles (xEV), industrial transportation and battery energy storage systems (BESS) markets. Our environmental purpose is at the heart of our business and drives our search for new ideas and approaches to improve the technologies that can help transition to net-zero emissions and a sustainable clean energy economy.

Purpose

We are seeking a technically strong and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to join Dukosi’s Strategic Marketing team in Edinburgh, reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Marketing. Working across Strategic Marketing, Engineering, Business Development and Field Application Engineering, you will help translate market, customer and technology insights into differentiated semiconductor products and compelling value propositions. From analysing emerging market requirements and competitive technologies to supporting product definition, business cases and go-to-market activities, this is a broad, high-impact role spanning the product lifecycle of Dukosi’s Cell Monitoring System.

You will play an important role in connecting customer and market needs with Dukosi’s product innovation and commercial objectives.

Key Duties

  • Product definition and positioning: Contribute to the development of differentiated, competitive product concepts supported by strong value propositions, market analysis and proof-of-concept validation. Translate market and customer insights into product requirements, USPs, business-case inputs and go-to-market recommendations.
  • Product roadmap development: Support the definition and evolution of competitive product roadmaps, providing market, customer, technology and competitive insights to ensure alignment with customer and business needs.
  • Market and technology analysis: Analyse customer pain points, market requirements and emerging trends in battery system architectures, and technologies and applications, applying these insights across product marketing activities.
  • Competitive intelligence: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including competitor products, roadmaps, positioning, pricing and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities and threats to Dukosi.
  • Market intelligence: Monitor relevant market, industry and macroeconomic trends to help ensure Dukosi anticipates market changes and delivers the right products at the right time.
  • Customer engagement: Engage with customers, in coordination with Business Development and Field Application Engineering, to communicate product strategy and roadmap, capture customer insights, validate product requirements and understand emerging customer needs.
  • Business case development: Support the development of robust business cases for new products and features, including market opportunity, competitive positioning, customer value and commercial potential.
  • Go-to-market execution: Support product launches and go-to-market activities, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective internal and external communication of product capabilities and customer value.
  • Product marketing collateral: Develop and support high-quality product collateral, competitive positioning materials, customer presentations and training content that clearly articulate Dukosi’s product differentiation and value proposition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
