About the Role

Fundraise Up is building its product-facing Product Marketing team across three focus areas: Core Markets, New Products, and Platform & Core Products. Each Product Marketing Manager will own positioning for their assigned area, translate complex capabilities into compelling customer narratives, and work closely with Product and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

  • Run the Early Access Program for the assigned focus area and coordinate design-partner participation with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Capture specific customer requirements that Product Managers can incorporate into the roadmap.
  • Define and continuously evolve positioning and messaging across relevant personas.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, benefit-driven narratives.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science where relevant to evaluate product-market fit, market opportunity, and decision tradeoffs.
  • Build and lead launch strategies in partnership with the Director of Product Marketing.
  • Create content for Demand Generation, RevOps, and other go-to-market teams to support awareness, adoption, and revenue.
  • Own competitive intelligence and contribute to packaging, licensing, and bundling strategy.

Qualifications

  • At least four years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including end-to-end ownership of product positioning and launches.
  • Enough product depth to lead customer conversations without a solutions engineer.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and executive teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, sales cycles, and customer journeys.
  • A curious, data-driven approach and interest in purpose-driven work.
  • Active use of AI in day-to-day workflows and a willingness to develop greater fluency as the tools evolve.
  • Ability to travel internationally and obtain the necessary authorizations for approximately 25% travel to the US and Europe.

Compensation and Benefits

  • £67,000-£73,000 GBP
  • 20 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays
