Product Marketing Manager – UK & Europe Expansion

About Ramp

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies—authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorising spend, and closing books. Our solutions drive 5% savings and 16% revenue growth for clients in their first year.

We thrive on high-impact work with high-agency teams, prioritising hands-on problem-solving over suboptimal hires. Everyone at Ramp builds, owns outcomes, and shapes how global businesses manage finance at scale. If you want to drive systemic change in financial systems, this is where it happens.

About the Role

Ramp is looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to establish and scale our UK and European presence. As one of the first regional product marketing hires, this role will shape our entire expansion strategy—defining entry, positioning, and growth in new markets.

You’ll:

  • Uncover local customer, competitor, and market insights to refine our go-to-market approach
  • Develop region-specific messaging that resonates with finance leaders across Europe
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Growth, and Marketing to drive demand, pipeline, and adoption

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building from scratch, navigating ambiguity, and contributing to Ramp’s broader mission to democratise financial efficiency for ambitious businesses.

Based in London, you’ll work closely with Ramp’s GM Europe, sales team, and growth marketing lead.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define UK/EU market positioning, ensuring Ramp’s messaging aligns with local buying behaviour.
  • Create demand-gen frameworks, competitive differentiation matrices, and customer narratives.
  • Test strategies and optimise TOFU (Top of Funnel) campaigns in collaboration with Growth Marketing.
  • Stage and lead product launches as Ramp expands across Europe, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop sales enablement assets (pitch decks, battle cards, demo narratives, one-pagers, and onboarding templates) to ensure alignment with finance decision-makers.
  • Support PMM initiatives for other international markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
