Product Marketing Manager
Outpost24 is looking for a creative and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Europe!
You will translate complex cybersecurity products into clear, compelling MOFU and BOFU content that supports the full Outpost24 portfolio. You’ll turn technical detail, customer insight, and market trends into practical assets that help buyers evaluate our solutions and help Sales have stronger, more relevant conversations.
You’re naturally curious, independent, commercially minded, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership. You bring clarity and structure to technical and commercial complexity, and you’re as confident shaping a content narrative as you are producing the assets that bring it to life - from solution guides and comparison pages to sales decks, battlecards, webinars, customer stories, and campaign-supporting content.
You will work on a hybrid basis, spending 2-3 days per week in the office, from one our locations:
- United Kingdom (London or Plymouth)
- Sweden (Stockholm)
- Spain (Barcelona)
- Netherlands (Amsterdam)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive content strategy for MOFU and BOFU stages - identifying content gaps across the Outpost24 portfolio and creating clear, compelling assets that support buyer evaluation, sales conversations, and pipeline progression.
- Translate positioning and messaging into practical content - turning value propositions, personas, use cases, and competitive differentiation into web copy, solution briefs, comparison assets, guides, webinars, analyst-ready narratives, and sales enablement materials.
- Create high-impact sales enablement - including pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, demo narratives, discovery questions, talk tracks, competitive leave-behinds, and assets that help Sales explain value clearly across different buyer needs and portfolio areas.
- Drive insight across the organisation - gathering and distilling customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into clear guidance for product direction and GTM strategy.
- Measure and improve content effectiveness - tracking how MOFU and BOFU assets are used by Sales and Marketing, gathering feedback on what works, and continuously improving content quality, relevance, and commercial impact.
- Work with pace and autonomy in a fast-moving, agile environment - delivering high-quality outputs quickly and reliably.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
