Product Marketing Manager at Ardoq

The Ardoq Story

Ardoq is one of Norway's most exciting scale-ups, a truly global company built out of Oslo. We are a SaaS platform that helps organizations understand, manage, and evolve their complex digital landscape. By providing a dynamic, collaborative "digital twin" of their business, we connect systems, people, and processes to drive better decision-making and accelerate digital transformation.

Today, we help some of the world's most complex organizations (like ExxonMobil and British Telecom) gain clarity in a changing world. We are backed by leading global tech investors, including EQT and One Peak, giving us the stability of a mature company with the speed and soul of a startup.

About the Role

You'll join Ardoq's Product Marketing, reporting to the VP of Product Marketing. When Ardoq ships something new, this role makes sure the story lands the same way whether it's someone's first week or they're closing a deal in Q4. You'll own the trackers, decks, and internal channels that turn "what we just shipped" into something Sales, Customer Success, and the rest of the company can actually use.

What you'll do

  • Own internal enablement and communications: keep Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders informed of every update, release, and change.
  • Run the source of truth: maintain the Launch Tracker and Feature Matrix as the team's trusted record of what's shipping and when, and produce the product newsletter as a reliable channel for updates.
  • Keep customer-facing content current: refresh release decks, the Brag Book, and sales slides as products and features change, so nothing Sales or Customer Success relies on is out of date.
  • Partner across the business: work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to gather accurate input and keep enablement content aligned with go-to-market priorities.
  • Cultural contribution: coordinate content and delivery for internal enablement sessions, and look for the point where a manual step in the newsletter, tracker, or refresh cycle can be tightened or removed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Chase down exactly what shipped this week and get it into the Feature Matrix before someone in Sales relies on stale information, rewrite a newsletter section so a busy CSM actually reads it, and catch that a sales deck slide still describes a feature the way it worked three releases ago. This is what keeps the rest of the company trusting what Product Marketing tells them.

Who you are

  • The Experience: you've run a recurring internal communications channel long enough to know what keeps people opening and trusting it, and you've kept a shared tracker or system of record reliable enough that Sales and Product stopped double-checking it.
  • The Mindset: you're action oriented, moving from request to finished update without waiting for perfect information, and you have the courage to raise it directly when a deck or tracker is wrong, even when the fix isn't technically yours to make.
  • The Tools: you're tech savvy and AI fluent, quick to pick up new tools and always looking for ways to keep systems and content current with less manual rework.
  • The Communicator: you adjust the level of detail and format of an update depending on whether it's headed to Sales, Customer Success, or the wider company, and you frame internal updates around what those teams need to have a good customer conversation.

  • DRIVEN: At Ardoq, everyone has a stake in the outcome, including stock options. We act like owners: measuring success by impact rather than effort, saying "no" to distractions, and staying focused on the highest-value work at pace.

Final Note

At Ardoq, every teammate has a voice. Whether you love tackling enterprise-scale challenges or improving how companies run, you'll not only belong, you'll impact, grow, and make work meaningful.
