Does this sound like you?
You're a product marketer who thinks commercially. You know how to take a product release, understand what it actually means for a customer or a sales rep, and turn that into messaging people can use without needing to come back and ask you what you meant. You're organised enough to run several launches at once, confident enough to hold senior stakeholders to timelines, and curious enough to stay on top of what competitors are doing and why it matters. Writing is one of your sharpest tools. You're as comfortable drafting a battlecard as you are writing a help centre article, and you understand the difference between the two.
What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):
This is the senior individual contributor role in our Product Marketing team. You'll own go-to-market for our largest, most commercially significant product releases end to end: from positioning and launch planning through to enablement, client comms, training and technical documentation. The products you work on carry real revenue weight and real stakeholder complexity. Success in this role means launches that land well, Revenue teams that can sell confidently from day one, and measurable influence on the commercial outcomes tied to the products you take to market.
You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Client Success and Marketing, and you'll partner with stakeholders up to Director level. You won't manage a team, but you will lead through influence and set the standard for how launches are run.
Day-to-day you can expect to:
- Own go-to-market end to end for large platform, admin and Salary Sacrifice product releases, from positioning through to post-launch adoption
- Build launch plans, define deliverables and secure cross-functional commitments from Product, Sales, Client Success, Implementation and Support
- Run the launch cadences: GTM kick-offs, progress check-ins, Revenue team training sessions and regular business-wide updates
- Develop positioning and messaging tailored to segment and buyer, translating product detail into commercial language the Revenue team can use without further translation
- Design and deliver product training for Sales, Client Success, Implementation and Support, in partnership with the Product Marketing Specialist and Enablement Lead
- Build and maintain enablement assets including battlecards, pitch decks, playbooks and ROI tools
- Own technical writing for your product portfolio: help centre articles, how-to guides, admin documentation and internal reference material
- Write client-facing release comms and transactional copy, and provide the product substance for client education campaigns
- Gather competitive intelligence and turn it into practical, usable battlecards and objection-handling material
- Track and report on product adoption and your influence on the revenue lines tied to your launches, and run feedback loops between clients, Revenue and Product

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
