We're looking for a Home Appliance (HS) Product Marketing Manager — built-in category to lead end-to-end outbound marketing for the Built-in appliance category (refrigeration, cooktops & ovens, dishwashers, etc.) and drive brand awareness and revenue growth in the UK.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Build up target audience understanding and define their needs, wants, and local preferences
- Define brand and product value positioning through comprehensive analysis of product benefits and competitor positioning
- Build up marketing message houses to be clear on tagline, hierarchy of message, and reason to buy
- Analyse marketing performance by consumer experience journey and set up the strategic direction in terms of focused marketing channel and decide budget allocation
- Work with other marketing teams to plan the effective and efficient communication channel to achieve the target KPIs and business goal
- Accountability for the project, deadlines, and budget management
- Manage key KPIs, track monthly, and set up action plans when necessary
Product Launches (NPI)
- Liaise with the sales team & product team to understand business strategy and product line-up strategy
- Create and develop localised message and assets in compliance with the global brand guideline
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to check progress of product launches and run the campaigns
- Play the role as a project manager of the product launch process, which starts 7 months before the target launch date
- Liaise with HQ, sales team, and product team to meet critical timelines throughout the launch cycle
- Manage PDP (Product Detail Page) creation and PIM system operations for LG.com

Campaign Activation
- Be in a leading position on various projects led by local or head office and proceed the project in a timely manner
- Collaboratively work with the marketing agency to deliver strategy and help them design activities to meet the purpose successfully
- Brief and deliver consistency of creative and messaging across all channels
- Manage relationship with the agency for campaign progress checks, stock verification, and scope of work setup
- Acquire final reports and provide data analysis feedback to stakeholders.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Support localisation of various assets to deliver marketing messages effectively for all touch points
- Support SEO article creation via HQ AI tools
- Support consumer review campaigns: identify new models, budget & voucher code discussions, and campaign operation & management
Partnership & Promotion
- Set up the partnership strategy and plan for the year
- Collaborate with brand partners on activations that allow us to maximise brand exposure and gain new potential customers
- Manage relationship with partners and liaise with the internal team and partners’ team to work together
- Manage overall projects, decide schemes of promotion & timeline, and set up consumer experience of the promotion claim
- Operate the promotion and follow up the progress
- Data analysis with final results presentation
Event & Agency Management
- Understand business objective and role of events.
- Find suitable events (with analysis of pros & cons)
- Discussion of workscope, and arrangement of all function and project planning
- Set-up schedule, breakdown, product delivery to venue/arrangement, food/coffee coordination
- Event merchandising, offline-to-online integration, and event agendas
- Creating contents for events, posting social updates, sending thank-you emails

Data-Driven Performance Management
- Track key KPIs monthly and establish corrective action plans when needed
- Optimize channel-level budget allocation and deliver ROI insights
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, product development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years in B2C consumer goods product & brand marketing; home/appliance/electronics background preferred
- End-to-end management of large-scale campaigns and product launches — strong command of timelines, budgets, and KPIs
- Ability to analyse marketing performance and derive consumer insights; comfort making data-driven decisions
- Ability to work closely with agencies and internal creative teams to turn strategy into compelling, on-brand execution
- A "people person" who thrives on stakeholder management, candid communication, and problem-solving with empathy
Preferred Qualifications
- Kitchen appliance domain knowledge: Understanding of market trends and consumer needs around cooktops, ovens, hoods, and refrigeration
- UK-/European market experience: Familiarity with key UK retailers (John Lewis, Currys, Wren Kitchen etc.) and channel marketing dynamics
- Event or Trade show experience or B2B/B2C integrated marketing experience
- Digital marketing tool proficiency: Google Analytics, SEO/SEM fundamentals
- Understanding of subscription/D2C business models — LG is aggressively scaling this area and a candidate who grasps the implications is a strong asset
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week; however, flexibility required in order to fulfil role and responsibilities
