Role Overview

Drive adoption and revenue growth of the Reusable Identity product family (Reusable KYC and Sumsub ID) by defining strategic positioning, leading GTM initiatives, and turning deep customer insights into measurable impact across the full funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, and narrative for Reusable Identity solutions (Reusable KYC and Sumsub ID), ensuring consistent communication across all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for both B2B and B2C audiences, including new product launches and scalable launch processes.
  • Drive growth and adoption by increasing Reusable KYC uptake among existing clients and accelerating direct end-user sign-ups for Sumsub ID.
  • Design and execute rapid experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention to unlock scalable growth channels and optimise performance.
  • Conduct continuous market and customer research to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Plan and optimise multichannel marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with Brand & Creative to develop and test high-impact marketing assets (sales materials, landing pages, creatives).
  • Act as a hands-on connector between Product and GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing), ensuring alignment on priorities, messaging, and execution.

About You

  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing or Product Marketing experience in SaaS, with direct experience working on B2C or B2C-style products.
  • Strong hands-on execution skills, with experience owning day-to-day Product Marketing work end to end — from research and messaging to launches, experiments, and asset creation.
  • Proven experience partnering closely with Product Managers, building strong working relationships and collaborating on roadmap priorities, user insights, and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience defining and launching products, including positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging input, and promotion strategies.
  • Solid experience in market research, customer segmentation, and translating insights into clear, actionable marketing decisions.
  • Experience planning, executing, and optimising complex, omnichannel marketing campaigns in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and experimentation to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product, Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative teams.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable working independently in a high-pressure, competitive environment, demonstrating ownership, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • True flexibility. We do not fix you to a 9-to-5 schedule. You can adjust your working hours when needed, as long as your day stays productive and in sync with the team.
  • Extra time off. Your birthday is a holiday here. Add to that 10 personal days each year, seven sick days without paperwork, and extra time to enjoy Christmas and New Year. Time to rest is part of the deal.
  • Work that matters. Our mission is to build a digital world that is secure, accessible and inclusive for everyone. From fighting fraud to making online services easier and safer to use, your work will have a real impact on how people experience trust online.

  • Growth built in. Clear goals, open feedback and personal development plans. We support your progress with learning opportunities and by covering role-specific events, from design conferences to marketing forums.
  • Team offsites. Sometimes just Slack is not enough. That is why we meet in person a few times a year. Trips are fully covered, so you can meet, collaborate, and recharge together.
  • Getting you set up. We make sure you have access to the tools and hardware you need to do your work well.
  • Friendly by design. Our logo is a dog for a reason. We keep things human, open and kind. We welcome individuality, quirks and different perspectives, because that is what makes our work smarter and more fun.
