AeroCloud: Revolutionizing Airport Operations
AeroCloud is the new-age operating system for airports aiming to grow. Our suite includes Airport Operating Systems (AOS), PPS, and Passenger Flow Management solutions, empowering airports to gain deep insights into the movement of passengers and aircraft around the world.
We achieve this by becoming the airport’s first call for technology. Whether in times of need or growth, we stand alongside our clients, offering support through innovative software that drives their success.
Our Commitment to Excellence
At AeroCloud, being the airport’s first call means exceeding expectations at every customer interaction. This is not just a goal; it’s our standard. We prioritize detail, diligence, and a proactive approach in everything we do. If there’s a task to be completed, we see it through. If a customer needs an answer we don’t yet have, we respond promptly to let them know we’re on it. We believe in keeping our team informed, being transparent, and maintaining accountability at every step.
About The Role
This is our first dedicated product marketing hire, and it sits at the join between two teams: a marketing function with a strong demand engine, and a product organisation shipping a deep, technical platform. Your job is to connect them.
Right now that connection runs on cadences rather than craft: weekly calls with customer-facing leads, quarterly customer roadmap webinars, launch content produced as needed. It works, but nobody owns it. You will own it.
Two go-to-market programmes are scoped and waiting for an owner on day one: our gate management product and our flight information display product. You will also inherit a live upsell play targeting existing customers - the target list logic is already defined.
You will work directly with the Head of Product, the commercial team, customer experience leads and Product engineering. The marketing team around you covers digital marketing and outbound sales development.
Our platform spans 15+ solutions across passenger processing and airport operations: common-use check-in and self-service, self-service bag drop, biometrics and eGates, flight and gate management, flight information displays and real-time terminal analytics. Cloud-native, vendor-agnostic and fast to deploy - our solution adapts to the airport's needs, not the other way around.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We are super agile and partner-first: 100% customer retention, 0% churn, and a team that delivers incremental value quickly. This role exists because the story is growing faster than our ability to tell it.
Responsibilities
- Launches — Own go-to-market for product launches end to end: positioning, messaging, launch content, internal enablement and the post-launch read on what worked
- Customer signal — Run the voice-of-customer loop: weekly calls with customer experience leads to surface what customers are seeing, what needs promoting and what literature has gone stale. This feedback loop is the engine of the role — it keeps our messaging honest
- Webinars — Host the quarterly customer roadmap webinars: build the deck with each product area, run the session, chase the follow-up. These sessions carry both a customer purpose (what's coming) and a commercial one (booking upsell demos)
- Enablement — Turn product depth into sales assets: one-pagers, case studies, competitive positioning and proposal content the commercial team actually uses
- ICP — Sharpen who we sell to: maintain our ideal customer profile and buyer personas, and keep them working documents that the sales development function prospects against
- Results — Measure what you ship: pipeline contribution, webinar-sourced demos, content performance. Marketing here carries a pipeline number, and product marketing contributes to it
What are we looking for?
- Bias to action - You act before you are asked. When you spot a gap you close it, then tell us. You would rather ship a good first version this week than a perfect one next month, and you do not wait for a brief to start
- Flexibility - This is a first hire into a scale-up: the scope will shift, the processes are half-written, and the same week can hold launch strategy and booth logistics. You flex across all of it without losing the thread
- Complexity into clarity - You take complex problems and turn them into customer-facing artefacts. A deep technical platform goes in; a one-pager, a deck, a webinar or a case study comes out - in plain English a time-poor airport director will actually read
- Product marketing experience in B2B software - you have taken technical products to market and can show what changed because you did
- Evidence habits - you back messaging with customer conversations, usage signal and competitive research, not instinct alone
- Cross-functional range - you can hold your own with engineers on capability, with sales on deals, and with customers on their operation
- Aviation or airport-adjacent experience is welcome but not required. Curiosity about how airports actually run is
