Product Marketing Manager
Salary: up to £70,000 + Annual bonus opportunity
Location: Central London (1 day office / 4 days home)
Company Type: Fast-growing B2B SaaS business
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. Sitting at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing, this role supports product positioning, launches, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
You will be responsible for translating software, AI, and solution capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with customers and help our commercial teams win. Working closely with Product Management and the GTM team, you will shape go-to-market strategies, deliver successful product launches, develop sales enablement materials, execute campaigns, and build our voice in the market.

- Product & Solution Positioning: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for each solution, clearly articulating customer value propositions across target industries and personas while ensuring differentiation against competitors.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead end-to-end GTM planning for product and solution launches, coordinating activities across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Sales Enablement: Create high-impact sales collateral (including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, competitive comparison guides, and battlecards) to support commercial teams.
- Customer & Market Insight: Conduct market and competitor analysis, and gather insights from customers, prospects, and internal teams to influence product strategy and marketing.
- Product Adoption & Content: Develop messaging to support feature adoption, and collaborate with the marketing team to produce web pages, launch campaigns, videos, webinars, and thought leadership content.

What We Are Looking For
- Essential experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience within Construction and Property Technology (PropTech) or a related industry is highly advantageous.
- A collaborative mindset with a proven track record of cross-functional working across product, sales, and marketing.
