About This Role in the Team
We pride ourselves on innovation, creativity and developing within a rapidly expanding industry. Our accelerated growth is driven by our successful product offerings. BVNK is seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join our team as the Product Marketing Manager.
As a Product Marketing Manager at BVNK, you will own and scale our sales enablement function - ensuring the commercial team has the clarity, confidence, and tools to win deals consistently. This role is focused on building a high-performance enablement system, spanning product education programmes, competitive and market intelligence, and AI-driven workflows that remove friction from the sales process. You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure teams deeply understand what we sell, how we win, and how to position BVNK in live deals - with instant access to the right narratives, materials, and answers at every stage of the funnel.

Responsibilities
Customer Insights & Voice of the Customer
- Design and own a structured customer insights programme across sales, solutions, account management, and support, capturing use cases, objections, blockers, and feature requests
- Run customer interviews, surveys, win/loss and churn analysis to understand why customers buy, adopt, expand or leave
- Segment customers by vertical, use case, and product usage to find adoption gaps and expansion opportunities
- Turn insights into updates to positioning, product feedback, and campaign priorities, not only reports
- Deliver a regular insights readout to Product, Sales, and Leadership
Customer Communications
- Own the customer communications strategy and calendar across product launches, feature releases, changes, and deprecations
- Build lifecycle communications from onboarding through activation, expansion, and retention, across email, in-product, webinars, and account-led channels
- Create customer-facing assets such as release notes, product updates, onboarding guides, FAQs, and use case content
- Give account managers and CSMs the messaging and talk tracks they need for customer conversations
- Set standards so customer communications stay clear, consistent, and compliant, working with Legal and Compliance
Product Adoption Campaigns
- Plan and run campaigns that drive adoption of new and underused products among existing customers (payments, wallets, stablecoins)
- Set target segments, objectives, and success metrics for each campaign, and coordinate delivery across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product
- Run cross-sell and upsell programmes based on customer usage and fit
- Test messaging, channels, and offers, and adjust based on performance
- Report on activation, adoption, time-to-value, and expansion revenue

Customer-Facing Enablement & Systems
- Maintain a single source of truth for product, positioning, and capability information used by customer-facing teams
- Brief customer-facing teams on each launch so they can position it to existing customers
- Track competitor activity that affects retention and expansion, such as switching risk and pricing moves
- Automate repeatable workflows such as insight capture, campaign reporting, and comms production, using AI and tooling (e.g. n8n, LLMs)
What We Need From You
- Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto/stablecoin infrastructure
- A track record of building sales enablement programmes and systems, not just content
- Strong understanding of competitive positioning and market intelligence frameworks
- Experience implementing automation and AI tooling in marketing or sales workflows
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing
- A structured, systems-thinking mindset with a bias for execution

USA Salary Ranges
$180,000—$210,000 USD
