Product Marketing Manager
£45-55k + bens
Hybrid (2-3 days in office, W1)
We're looking for a multiskilled B2B marketing manager with a skillset rooted in Product Marketing to join a growing B2B product business. You will have ownership of marketing operations, paid media and campaign delivery across multiple SaaS brands.
This is a hands-on role combining project management, digital marketing and CRM, working closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver campaigns that generate leads, strengthen the brand and drive business growth.
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning and optimising LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns, managing budgets, targeting, testing and performance.
- Managing HubSpot CRM, including automation, workflows, segmentation and reporting.
- Overseeing marketing projects using Asana (or similar), ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinating cross-functional campaigns with sales, design and content teams.
- Analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
- Supporting events, lead generation activity and wider marketing initiatives.

You'll bring:
- 4-6 years' experience in a B2B product marketing or marketing operations role.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including campaign optimisation and budget management.
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, including workflows, automation and CRM segmentation.
- Experience managing projects in Asana, Monday.com or Trello.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance.

Nice to Have:
- Experience across Google Ads or Meta.
- Event marketing experience.
- Exposure to product marketing or go-to-market campaigns.
