Who We Are

Solana is a high-performance blockchain that can deliver a fast and friendly user experience, without sacrificing security.

Solana Labs, Inc. ("Solana Labs") is a technology company that builds products, tools, and reference implementations that can be used on the Solana blockchain.

The Role

This Product Marketing Manager role is responsible for defining our go-to-market strategies for new products within Solana Labs, and owning day-to-day execution to engage prospective and current users. You will work with product and leadership to shape positioning and translate that into a living brand, a daily content engine, and an active community. This is a hands-on, zero to one role: you’ll both help shape strategy, and own execution end to end. This role is ideal for strategic thinkers who have thrived in autonomous product marketing roles in the past, and still love the craft of doing the work.

What You'll Do

  • Positioning & Strategy – Define the go-to-market strategy: our audience, positioning, message, and launch plan.
  • Brand & Voice in Practice – Take the brand direction of new products and make it real and consistent everywhere: content, community, onboarding, and in-product. You're the guardian of voice and quality across every surface.
  • Growth & Activation – Partner with product on the funnel that matters most: getting users to onboard and reach that first magic moment. Track what's working — waitlist conversion, activation, retention, referral loops — and act on it.
  • Launch Execution – Run the full arc of each launch, from stealth and exclusivity through reveal and sustained growth. Turn early-access scarcity into real demand through waitlist mechanics, invites, and reveal moments that land.
  • Content & Narrative – Own a consistent daily and weekly content cadence on socials, especially X, as well as the bigger narrative moments at each launch. You are personally accountable for what ships and how often.
  • Community – Build our community into the core of every phase no matter where it lives, structured intentionally from day one. Turn beta testers into a seed community with OG/ambassador roles, recognition for real feedback, and clean on-ramps for each next wave.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You've stood up a marketing function or been a first product marketing hire – operating as both a head of marketing and a team of one, and you're energized by both. You can set strategy at the leadership table and then roll up your sleeves and ship it. Specifically, you:

  • Are genuinely crypto-native: you understand Solana, crypto products, and you live on Crypto Twitter.
  • Have driven product marketing for a consumer product (ideally crypto or fintech) and taken it to market — with the receipts to show it.
  • Write daily and well in native CT voice, and want to be the one shipping it, not just briefing someone else.
  • Move fluidly between planning and shipping, and thrive taking real ownership of strategic direction and turning that into results.
  • Can bring strong instincts for meme culture and velocity.

Bonus Points

  • Ambassador/creator programs, referral mechanics, or influencer partnerships in crypto.
  • A network of crypto creators, KOLs, and ecosystem partners.
  • Design or video chops, or great taste in directing them.
