About the Company
Our client is an established, growing B2B software business based in Belfast. They work with large organisations to solve complex operational challenges, and they’re investing in their marketing function as they continue to scale. It’s a collaborative, people-focused place to work where good ideas are listened to.
The Role
This is a key product marketing role, sitting at the heart of how the business talks about its products and why they matter. You’ll work closely with product, sales and marketing teams to turn customer and market insight into clear messaging, strong launches and tools that help sales win. It suits someone curious, commercially minded and happy to keep refining things until they land.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop product positioning and messaging
- Lead go-to-market plans for new products and releases
- Build a clear picture of target customers and their needs
- Keep on top of the market and competitors to sharpen positioning
- Gather and share customer insight with sales and product teams
- Create sales enablement materials, including decks and competitive content
- Work closely with product teams as the roadmap evolves
- Measure how launches and messaging perform, and adjust where needed
What You’ll Need
Essential
- Strong experience in product marketing within B2B software or SaaS
- A track record of owning positioning, messaging and product launches
- Experience creating sales enablement content and presenting products confidently
- Comfortable using CRM and marketing tools
- Right to work in the UK and able to work hybrid from Belfast
- Experience gathering customer or deal insight to shape messaging
- Confident using AI tools to speed up research and content
