About OxEd
OxEd is a University of Oxford spinout company launched to take decades of research in oral language assessment and intervention through to practical application in schools. OxEd develops early education oral language assessment, intervention, and whole class teaching programmes, which have been shown through rigorous research to improve educational outcomes for children.
We are a small but growing company, working with Ministries of Education, districts and schools globally, with customers in the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Paraguay, and the Middle East. We are in the fortunate position of having an established and robust research base demonstrating the efficacy of our products.
The Opportunity
As we look to drive growth, develop new products, and ensure as many students as possible can benefit from our programs, we are looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager to define how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted in our key markets.
About the Role
You’ll develop the go-to-market strategy for our product portfolio, working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the wider Marketing team to understand customer needs, define compelling messaging, and bring products to market successfully.
As part of a small, collaborative marketing team, you’ll also be hands-on in delivering product marketing activity, from writing emails and updating web content to creating sales collateral and customer communications. You’ll combine strategic thinking with practical execution to ensure our products are well-positioned, effectively communicated, and commercially successful.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
