About the Role

At Zellis, we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how our products are positioned, launched and brought to market. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of the business, partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to influence how we communicate value, engage customers and drive commercial success. You'll combine customer insight, market understanding and commercial thinking to create compelling product stories, support successful go-to-market activity and enable our teams to win. You'll have the chance to work across a broad portfolio, contribute to high-profile launches and play an important role in helping our products stand out in a competitive market.

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you'll join a collaborative team where your ideas, insight and expertise will have real visibility and impact. This role is primarily remote, with an expectation to work from our Watford office at least twice a month.

Responsibilities

  • Shape product positioning and messaging

    • Define clear, differentiated positioning grounded in customer outcomes.
    • Develop messaging frameworks that move the conversation from features to measurable value.
    • Ensure consistency across campaigns, sales enablement and external communications
  • Lead go-to-market delivery

    • Lead end-to-end go-to-market plans for product launches, enhancements and propositions.
    • Align Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success around shared objectives and launch milestones.
    • Ensure every launch is evidence-based and measured by adoption, pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
  • Become the voice of the market

    • Conduct buyer research, win/loss analysis and competitor monitoring.
    • Maintain up-to-date battlecards, personas and segmentation frameworks.
    • Translate insight into practical recommendations that influence pricing, packaging and roadmap priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
