This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing and Sales, ensuring products are positioned effectively, launches are successful and customer insights shape commercial strategy. You'll play a key role in bringing products to market, developing compelling messaging and creating go-to-market campaigns that resonate with customers.

A significant focus of this role is understanding the needs of the accountancy profession. We're therefore particularly interested in candidates who have experience marketing products to accountants or accountancy firms, or who have worked closely with this customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear product positioning, messaging and value propositions that differentiate products in the market.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Conduct customer, competitor and market research to identify opportunities and customer pain points.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Produce sales enablement materials, product collateral, case studies and customer-facing content.
  • Analyse campaign and launch performance, making recommendations based on customer and commercial insights.
  • Become the voice of the customer internally, ensuring customer needs influence product development and marketing strategy.
  • Support demand generation campaigns with product expertise and compelling messaging.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
