The Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help prospects and our users understand and get the full value out of Lucanet’s solutions, especially our xP&A solution. This is a highly strategic role focused on driving results that contribute meaningfully to Lucanet’s growth goals. In this role, you'll build a deep understanding of our target customers and buyers and optimize key stages of the customer and buyer journey, from awareness to adoption and expansion, for maximum value creation and customer satisfaction. You'll own product messaging, positioning, sales enablement content, communication around new feature launches, and create tailored messaging and engagement journeys for our key customer segments and personas. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership with Product, Sales, GTM, and Marketing teams to ensure our customers and prospects understand and realize the full value of our solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead GTM initiatives for xP&A, including the development and execution of launch strategies, messaging frameworks, and engagement plans for new features and product updates.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions that resonate with target buyers.
- Utilize tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Lightdash, and LLMs to perform win–loss analysis, visualize insights, and drive data-informed strategic decisions.
- Plan and execute creative go-to-market activities, including video content, webinars, and AI-powered engagement strategies to maximize impact.
- Build and scale high-impact enablement assets that are practical, engaging, and widely adopted by internal teams.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Continuously track competitors and equip customer-facing teams with battlecards, actionable insights, and targeted training.
- Use storytelling and innovative formats to communicate real customer value—going beyond feature lists to highlight tangible business outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
