At Commify, we're not just a company, we're a globally connected team of innovators who love what we do. As a CPaaS leader with 25 years of groundbreaking experience, we're the force behind over 7 billion customer interactions each year, enabling businesses worldwide to connect via advanced channels like SMS, RCS, and complex mobile journeys.

Our culture is our core strength. Operating across the UK, EMEA, the USA, and Australia, we've fostered a truly diverse and connected environment, earning a consistent 4 out of 5 culture score in our employee engagement surveys. You'll join a vibrant team where your diverse experience makes a daily global impact.

We need talented people to grow a global company where everyone feels proud to belong, have a purpose and do their best to directly shape the digital future.

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic and technically proficient Product Marketing Manager (ISVs & Integrations)

The Role:

You will bridge the gap between our core product and the broader technology ecosystem, ensuring our solutions are seamlessly integrated into the platforms our customers use every day (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, e-commerce platforms) and that our partners are empowered to drive mutual growth. You will call on your experience to analyse our ICPs, prioritise integrations and maximise commercial success via robust GTM plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Partner Programme Launch: Design, build, and execute the comprehensive GTM and marketing framework for our new global partner ecosystem, driving adoption among ISVs, system integrators, and channel partners
  • ISVs and Integrations GTM Strategy: Lead the full lifecycle marketing for third-party integrations, from initial strategy creation, proposition development and positioning, through to supporting co-marketing campaigns and sustained partner-led growth
  • Ecosystem Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling messaging that highlights the unique value of our integrations. Translate complex API architectures into tangible business benefits for both partners and end-users
  • Cross-Functional & External Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, while acting as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
  • Partner Enablement: Create high-impact enablement collateral, technical playbooks, case studies, and training materials to help internal sales teams and external partners sell more effectively
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis of the partner ecosystem landscape to identify new integration opportunities and trends
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Track, measure, and report on the ROI of partner marketing initiatives and integration adoption, using insights to continuously optimise performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
