The role
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver product marketing across WGSN Group, including WGSN and IWSR.
This is an on-site role out of our London office.

Role overview
Working closely with Product, Commercial, Customer Success and Marketing, you will connect product development with customer and commercial needs, helping customers understand the value of our products, enabling successful launches and increasing adoption, retention and long-term customer value.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will be expected to work autonomously, bring clarity to complex products, anticipate gaps and drive projects forward.
Key accountabilities
Product roadmap and launch planning:
- Own the group product marketing calendar, aligning internal and external communications and promotional activity with the WGSN and IWSR product roadmaps.
- Develop and deliver proportionate go-to-market plans for product launches, releases and enhancements, determining the right audiences, messaging, channels and level of promotion.
- Ideate and manage how the product roadmaps are communicated to customers, demonstrating the ongoing value of their subscription and supporting retention.
- Coordinate activity across teams, anticipating dependencies, risks and gaps to ensure launches are delivered effectively.
Positioning and go-to-market:
- Develop launch plans, messaging frameworks, sales presentations, battlecards, FAQs, campaigns and other market-facing assets supporting product launches and commercial conversations.
- Translate complex product features, capabilities and data into clear, compelling customer benefits.
- Establish and continually refine product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks and product narratives across both brands.
- Develop and maintain customer personas to strengthen how we attract, engage and retain customers.
- Work closely with Commercial and Sales Enablement teams to understand their needs and equip them to communicate product value confidently and consistently.

Product adoption and customer value:
- Identify opportunities to increase product awareness, adoption, engagement and return usage.
- Use customer feedback and behavioural data to identify barriers to adoption and recommend targeted product marketing interventions.
- Develop and manage the WGSN customer Knowledge Centre, ensuring customers can access timely, relevant support and derive maximum value from our products.
Insight and measurement:
- Define measures of success and evaluate the effectiveness of launches, campaigns and sales enablement materials to continually improve their quality and impact.
About you
You are an experienced product marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You can take an objective or business challenge, determine what is needed and move it forward.
Skills, experience & qualifications required
- Significant experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within a subscription, data, intelligence or SaaS environment.
- A strong track record of launching products and go-to-market activity across multiple products or markets.
- Experience developing positioning, value propositions, messaging and personas
- The ability to translate complex products, data and capabilities into simple, compelling customer benefits.
- Strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of how product marketing contributes to acquisition, adoption, retention and growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy.
- The confidence to build relationships, ask the right questions and challenge constructively across teams and levels of seniority.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining momentum and attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-starting approach, with the judgment to anticipate gaps and take accountability for outcomes.
