Product Marketing Manager
About the Role
Floortex is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the development, launch, and ongoing management of its product range across the UK, Germany, and the USA.
Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, develop product strategies, and support commercial growth. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Development, suppliers, and customers to ensure products remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
This is a hands-on role combining strategic planning with practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
- Create product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market plans.
- Monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Responsible for product specification sheets and data integrity on internal systems.

New Product Development
- Support the development and launch of new products.
- Build business cases for new opportunities.
- Work with suppliers, operations, and sales teams.
- Manage launch timelines and execution.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies.
Commercial & Sales Support
- Partner with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Create product training, sales tools, and customer materials.
- Provide product expertise and market insights.
- Analyse sales and market data to support decision-making.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Support marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Assist with planning exhibitions, events, demonstrations, and training.
- Ensure consistent product messaging and branding.
Performance & Reporting
- Measure product launch success and ROI.
- Produce performance reports and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.

Skills & Experience
Desirable
- Experience in product marketing, marketing, or brand management.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience delivering product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and turn them into practical actions.
- Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
