Job Summary
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the successful adoption, growth, and market performance of the Endoscopy portfolio across EMEA. Acting as the bridge between Global Marketing and the Commercial Organization, this role translates global strategy into regional execution through portfolio ownership, subject matter expertise, sales enablement, launch excellence, customer engagement, and market development.
The Product Marketing Manager serves as the recognised EMEA Subject Matter Expert for assigned products and portfolio areas, providing product, clinical, market, and competitive expertise to commercial teams, Clinical Application Specialists, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and customers. Through close collaboration with Sales, Global Marketing, QARA, Service Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders, the role ensures successful product lifecycle management, strong market adoption, and sustainable portfolio growth across EMEA.
This is a highly market-facing position, spending approximately 50% of time in the field supporting customers, KOLs, commercial teams, educational activities, evaluations, workshops, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EMEA product launch execution, ensuring market readiness through effective cross-functional planning, stakeholder alignment, sales enablement, product training, and launch preparation activities.
- Monitor and drive post-launch activities, tracking adoption, customer feedback, commercial performance, and key success metrics while implementing actions to maximize market penetration and long-term portfolio growth.
- Gather and translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable recommendations that support portfolio strategy, product positioning, messaging, and future product development.
- Support and execute congresses, workshops, customer events, and educational initiatives that increase portfolio awareness, advocacy, and adoption across EMEA.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications to develop impactful content and campaigns that enhance brand perception, thought leadership, social media engagement, and product visibility.
- Monitor portfolio performance, market dynamics, and competitive activities, providing recommendations and initiatives that contribute to portfolio growth and commercial success.
- Partner closely with Global Marketing, Commercial Teams, QARA, Service Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful portfolio execution, launch readiness, and customer satisfaction.
- Support forecasting, inventory planning, and demand management activities to help ensure product availability and effective portfolio performance across EMEA.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and recognised Subject Matter Expert to Commercial Teams, Clinical Application Specialists, customers, and Key Opinion Leaders, providing product, clinical, market, and competitive expertise.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

- 8+ years of product marketing, product management, product specialist, clinical specialist, or related commercial experience required. Additional sales experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in the medical device, life sciences, healthcare, or biotechnology industry preferred; Endoscopy background preferred.
- Proven track record in developing, building, and supporting Key Opinion Leaders, customer advocates, and reference centres.
- Demonstrated experience in product launches, portfolio management, and sales enablement activities.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer insights into market growth opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong professional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across EMEA (approximately 50% travel).
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
