The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic positioning of Wayve's Embodied AI software products for OEMs. You will develop and execute a global product marketing strategy to drive demand, awareness, and positive perception of our automotive products. Your work will inform/educate automotive OEMs, Tier 1 providers, and SoC and systems architects about our products and establish Wayve as a leading AI developer for assisted and automated driving.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will work across core teams, including Product & Strategy, Technical Business Development, Automotive, and Marketing, to create compelling narratives that showcase Wayve’s unique value proposition. You will play a key role in developing marketing materials that will educate automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and SoC and systems architects about our AI technology and establish Wayve as a leader in the future of driving automation.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills to elevate Wayve’s market presence and help transform the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a global product marketing strategy that positions Wayve as a leading developer of Automotive AI, highlighting our Embodied AI software as the key enabler for OEMs transitioning to advanced assisted and automated driving. Craft a compelling product narrative that differentiates Wayve in a competitive market, showcasing how our technology enables L2+, L3, and L4 automation via Embodied AI. Define clear value propositions for Wayve’s product portfolio, highlighting unique selling points that drive adoption and engagement across the automotive sector. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive product offerings, particularly in ADAS and Automated Driving technologies, to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Campaign Development: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that communicate Wayve’s product vision and technological leadership to automakers, establishing a competitive edge in the market. Lead the development of content and promotional materials that build trust in AI-driven driving automation and drive consumer interest. Manage and track all product-related marketing activities, including website content, digital campaigns, product blogs, thought-leadership initiatives, co-marketing efforts with partners, and industry events.
- Support Pipeline Growth: Develop marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and product awareness, generate leads, and support market expansion. Collaborate with the Automotive and Technical BD teams to create sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, competitive analysis, demos, and targeted campaigns) to support their customer engagements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Business Development to translate complex technical details about our Embodied AI products into compelling, customer-friendly messaging. Develop internal training and product knowledge resources to ensure teams across the company understand our products’ value propositions and how they solve critical industry challenges.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
