This is a 12 months fixed term contract

Does working for Amazon’s ultra-fast grocery delivery business in the UK excite you? Do you want to be part of Amazon's growing online grocery proposition? Do you have a record of delighting customers and driving growth through online merchandising, creative channel marketing, and collaborative partnerships?

Amazon is looking for a bright, customer-obsessed, driven, and creative candidate to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing marketing and merchandising plans, improving customer experience onsite, and supporting trade marketing planning.

To achieve success in this role, you should be passionate about the customer and be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong organizational skills and be comfortable picking up new tools and technologies. You'll be able to identify problem areas and create plans to find resolutions. You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships. The successful candidate will be able to execute with autonomy while also spotting opportunities for automation and improvement.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute merchandising projects working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support execution of marketing across multiple online channels
  • Build internal and external trade plans
  • Report on performance and propose improvements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital advertising

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
