Your Impact
As Product Marketing Manager, you will turn Dentally’s product innovation into clear, differentiated positioning, GTM activity and enablement that drive commercial impact. You’ll report to the Manager, Product Marketing and operate as an individual contributor within the Product Marketing team.
You will be responsible for translating Dentally’s product marketing strategy into effective positioning, launch plans and enablement for assigned products and features across the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Marketing, Regional Marketing and Brand & Content, you will own the Product Marketing contribution to launches, ensuring they are clearly positioned, coordinated effectively and set up to deliver measurable adoption and commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage positioning, messaging and value propositions for assigned products and features within Dentally’s overall messaging framework.
- Plan and coordinate product communications across launch and adoption activity, ensuring content remains accurate, audience relevant and consistent with agreed positioning across channels and regions.
- Translate agreed go-to-market strategy into launch and adoption plans and lead assigned launches end-to-end, coordinating Product, Growth, Brand & Content, Sales and regional teams.
- Use customer research, market insight and competitive intelligence to strengthen messaging, inform recommendations and improve launch effectiveness.
- Create and maintain sales and customer enablement, including pitch narratives, battlecards, demo messaging, objection handling and launch toolkits, while ensuring relevance across UKI, APAC and Canada.
- Measure and optimise assigned product marketing activity, partnering with Customer Marketing to transition launches into sustained adoption and using performance data to improve future activity.

What You'll Bring With You
- 3 years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with practical experience across positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning and product launches.
- The ability to translate complex product functionality into clear, differentiated and commercially relevant customer value.
- Experience using customer, market, competitive and performance insight to inform decisions and improve product marketing activity.
- Strong independent decision-making and delivery coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work forward with minimal oversight.
- A confident, collaborative communication style, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales and Marketing and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
