Overview
As individuals, banks and corporates’ demand for frictionless, instant and innovative payment solutions grows, we are looking for talented individuals to help us drive adoption of next generation payments solutions. We are looking for an ambitious, talented, dynamic, and self-driven Product Marketing Manager to work within the Product function.

University degree
Experience
At least 5 years’ experience, including 3 in a product/go to market/sales enablement role

Key Responsibilities
The Payments Lifecycle squad within Swift Payments Scheme Tribe is looking for a talented and dynamic Product Marketing Manager.
Working collaboratively with colleagues from product, CX, marketing communications and business development disciplines you will be accountable for:
- Strategy: Definition of go-to-market strategy to drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and usage (B2B2C/B2B2B) across product/initiative set.
- Sales enablement: Create and continuously enhance market collateral and tools for the BD teams to educate clients and prospective clients on our products and capabilities.
- Communications: Working with Marketing and Communication teams to define business objectives, targeted audiences, key messages and supporting material and collateral to drive communication campaigns.
- New product/initiative launch: Shaping effective global launch strategies for products/initiatives – own market segmentation, value proposition, messaging, positioning and communications.
- Data analysis: Work with key stakeholders to track and monitor adoption and usage; leading initiatives to contribute to company priorities for set projects.
- Customer and industry engagement: Support customer meetings/working groups and industry events with relevant content.

- Analytical skills: ability to understand and interpret data and provide recommendations for driving adoption and usage.
- Team player, collaborative and able to build bridges with others. Ability to cross-skill and develop a “T-shape” profile to help the team to deliver on its objectives.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
