Legal SaaS Product Marketing Manager
£80,000 – £95,000 | Remote UK
B2B SaaS | Legal Technology
An established Legal SaaS business is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of how its platform is positioned, communicated and taken to market.
The product already has traction. It has an established enterprise customer base, a mature technology platform and growing commercial momentum.
What it does not yet have is a dedicated Product Marketing leader joining the dots between Product, Sales, customers and the wider legal market. That is the opportunity.
The platform is built natively within Microsoft 365 and brings together enterprise knowledge management, search, intranets, extranets, client portals and embedded AI.
You’ll be responsible for turning that capability into a clear, compelling commercial story.
The role
You’ll own the core Product Marketing function, including:
- Developing positioning and messaging across the platform.
- Defining target audiences, buyer personas and use cases.
- Building go-to-market plans for products, features and market opportunities.
- Researching competitors and wider LegalTech market trends.
- Creating sales enablement material such as pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, guides and proposals.
- Supporting campaigns designed to generate genuine sales opportunities.
- Working closely with customers and prospects to understand buying drivers, objections and market needs.
- Feeding commercial and customer insight back into Product and senior leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is a commercially focused Product Marketing position. Success will be judged on impact on pipeline, qualified opportunities and revenue, rather than simply campaign activity, website visits or content output.
You’ll work closely with Product, Sales and the leadership team, with significant exposure to both customers and the wider LegalTech market.
You’ll also represent the product externally. That may include webinars, customer demonstrations, industry events and conversations with senior enterprise buyers.
There are several UK and international events during the year, with occasional US travel.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need a minimum of three years’ experience working specifically in Product Marketing within a B2B software or SaaS company.
Crucially, your Product Marketing experience must include the legal sector / LegalTech market.
This isn’t suitable for a generalist marketer who has occasionally supported product campaigns.
You should already be comfortable with:
- Product positioning and messaging.
- B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy.
- Enterprise buyer journeys.
- Sales enablement.
- Competitive analysis.
- Demand generation.
- Measuring Product Marketing against pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Experience with knowledge management, enterprise search, content platforms, digital workplace technology or Microsoft 365 would be particularly relevant.
You’ll need to be equally comfortable developing strategy and getting hands-on with delivery.
That could mean discussing positioning with senior stakeholders one morning, then rewriting sales collateral, improving a landing page or preparing a product demo later that day.
This is also a business where people are expected to challenge ideas constructively.
The structure is flat, the environment is technical and you’ll work directly with senior decision-makers within the legal sector.
Package
- £80,000 – £95,000 basic salary.
- Fully remote anywhere in the UK.
- 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Flexible working.
- Direct access to senior leadership.
- Genuine ownership of the Product Marketing function.
- Exposure to LegalTech, Microsoft 365, enterprise knowledge management and AI.
This isn’t a marketing coordination, social media or PPC role.
It’s an opportunity to take ownership of Product Marketing for an established enterprise Legal SaaS platform and directly influence how the business grows.
