About FCM

FCM is the global business travel brand of Flight Centre Travel Group, one of the world's largest travel companies. We manage travel for some of the world's leading organisations, combining our own technology with expert people to make business travel simpler, safer and better value.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join FCM's growing product marketing team. You'll take FCM's products to market - shaping how we position them, launching new features, and making sure our sales and client teams can talk about them with confidence. You'll also measure the impact of your work and bring real customer stories to life, using them to strengthen our value propositions.

It's a role that blends strategy with hands-on execution. You'll own your projects end to end - from shaping the strategy, in line with our wider product and commercial goals, to seeing the work through to the finish line. We move fast: innovation happens here and exciting new features go to market at speed, so you'll have plenty of room to bring your own ideas and work with colleagues around the world.

What You'll Do

Market & Customer Insight

  • Understand our market, competitors and customers so our decisions are based on evidence, not guesswork.
  • Track what competitors are doing - their positioning, product features and launches.
  • Run customer and market research to spot opportunities and risks.
  • Turn those insights into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging.
  • Capture results and customer success stories, using them to strengthen our value propositions.

Go-to-Market & Launches

  • Take new products and features from idea to market - on time.
  • Plan and run launches end to end, working with global stakeholders to coordinate scope, timelines, messaging and communications.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on channel and content strategy for each launch.
  • Share customer and competitor insight with our product teams to help shape what we build next.
  • Set clear success measures for each launch (such as adoption and sales impact) and report on results.

Sales Support & Enablement

  • Give our sales and client teams what they need to win and keep clients.
  • Be the go-to expert on how we position and talk about our products, from new business pitches to renewals.
  • Create customer-facing and enablement materials - presentations, one-pagers, FAQs, objection handling guides and competitor battlecards.
  • Support training and briefings so teams are ready before every launch.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • AI-curious and forward-thinking - you enjoy exploring how new tools can help you and the team do more.
