International Sales and Marketing Team
Our International Sales and Marketing team is 5 years into an ambitious journey to grow our global market share and we're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join us.
Product Marketing Manager
The Product Marketing Manager is a genuinely international role. You'll work closely with our sales team to market your portfolio of HE subject lists across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America, shaping campaigns and messaging for each region’s academic buying cycle while partnering with colleagues in our US product and programme teams. Few marketing roles offer this breadth of geographic exposure at this level - it's a role that will stretch and grow your marketing skillset far beyond a single-market remit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Based in our London (Kings Cross) office and reporting to the Associate Director of Product Marketing (International), you'll sit at the intersection of product, sales and campaign delivery. You'll be the subject matter expert for your portfolio: defining who each product is for and why it matters to them, and leading launches of new editions and digital releases.
At the heart of the role is delivering high-intent leads to our sales teams, who turn them into new adoptions and long-term customers. For every campaign, you’ll set the audience, proposition and goals, and brief our Lifecycle Marketing team, who design, build and run the journeys and digital campaigns. You’ll review lead quality and performance with them and with sales, and keep refining the approach.
You’ll also be a trusted partner to sales, delivering product training, running high-impact demonstrations (in person and online), and using CRM analytics to sharpen outreach. There'll be opportunities to travel, both within the UK and internationally, for conferences, sales meetings and select on-campus visits, giving you direct, first-hand insight into the markets you're marketing to.
