Product Marketing Manager (ISVs & Integrations) – Commify

We’re seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and technically proficient Product Marketing Manager (ISVs & Integrations) to drive the commercial success of our ISV ecosystem. This pivotal role involves shaping the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for third-party integrations, partner plug-ins, and leading a global partner programme. You’ll collaborate with Executive and senior leadership worldwide, bridging technical solutions with customer needs.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with expertise in product marketing, ISVs, and integrations who can craft comprehensive GTM plans, build partner ecosystems, and maximise commercial outcomes. You’ll act as the voice of the partner ecosystem, ensuring their success aligns with our global vision.
Your Responsibilities
Global Partner Programme
- Design, build, and execute a comprehensive GTM and marketing framework for our new global partner ecosystem.
- Drive adoption among ISVs, system integrators, and channel partners.

ISVs & Integrations Strategy
- Lead the full lifecycle marketing for third-party integrations:
- Strategy creation and proposition development
- Positioning and messaging refinement
- Co-marketing campaigns and sustained partner-led growth
Ecosystem Positioning & Messaging
- Craft compelling messaging highlighting the unique value of integrations.
- Translate complex API architectures into business benefits for partners and end-users.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
Partner Enablement & Support
- Develop high-impact enablement collateral (technical playbooks, case studies, training materials).
- Equip internal sales teams and external partners with tools to sell effectively.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Conduct in-depth competitor and market analysis to identify new integration opportunities.
- Track, measure, and optimise ROI of partner marketing initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience & Background
Experience in product marketing with a focus on ISVs, corporates, or commercial partners. Familiarity with API products, CPaaS, and developer tools is a distinct advantage. Experience working in a global role with internationally distributed teams is essential.

Technical Acumen
Understanding of messaging ecosystems (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business API, Email, Push Notifications). Knowledge of applications, protocols, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, TCPA) is preferred.
Go-To-Market & Strategy
Proven success in partner programmes, GTM strategies, and ecosystem growth. Experience with partner marketplaces, co-sell initiatives, and joint development.
Communication & Leadership
- Exceptional verbal/written skills (clearly explaining complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences).
- Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders (C-suite, executives).
- Strong relationship-building with third-party partners.
Analytical & Numerate Mindset
- Ability to interprett data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Track ROI and KPIs to measure success.
Soft Skills
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor and lead tertiary stakeholders.
