- Patient Experience: A digital-first experience that empowers patients to manage appointments, complete medical forms, and make payments - all from their own device. No more old-school phone calls and paper forms.

Your Impact
The Manager, Product Marketing turns Dentallyās product innovation into clear, compelling commercial impact.
You will manage how Dentally is positioned, launched, and adopted globally, helping releases drive measurable outcomes across acquisition, activation, and expansion. Acting as a bridge between Product and Revenue, youāll craft and execute the go-to-market strategy, manage launch moments, and enable sustained success through a structured handover to Customer Marketing for lifecycle adoption.
What You'll Do
- Own product positioning, messaging and value propositions for Dentally across the UKI, APAC and Canada, ensuring clear differentiation across key ICPs and market segments.
- Use research, competitive intelligence and customer insights to influence product positioning and roadmap discussions.
- Manage go-to-market strategies for launches, defining objectives, audiences, channels, KPIs and commercial success measures.
- Drive the launch moment end-to-end, partnering with Product, Growth, Brand & Content, Sales and regional marketing teams to deliver coordinated global launches with effective local execution.
- Own the messaging framework, ensuring consistency across marketing, sales, product communications and customer-facing experiences.
- Develop high-impact sales and customer enablement assets, including pitch narratives, battlecards, demo messaging, objection handling and launch toolkits.
- Measure and optimise launch performance, tracking adoption, activation, pipeline influence, win rate, customer expansion and commercial impact, using insights to continually improve future launches.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team motivating and inspiring your team to reach and exceed all set targets and KPIs
- Coach team members in best practices, fostering a culture of continuous development
- Ensure all team members have clear, up-to-date Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and receive regular performance reviews and meaningful 1:1 conversations
- Maintain a trusting, collaborative environment, enabling the team to thrive
- Lead recruitment efforts for your team, identifying and hiring top talent

What You'll Bring With You
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS growth and product marketing
- Mature team management experience
- Experience using data insights to inform product positioning and GTM strategy
- Strong independent decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate work with multiple departments and regional stakeholders
- Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and regional leaders
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and motivated by ambitious growth targets
