Product Marketing Manager

Navan is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to define and scale the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Navan Premier - our high-touch offering combining cutting-edge travel and AI technology with white-glove human service. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Marketing, acting as the bridge that ensures our capabilities are effectively positioned, communicated, and understood by prospects and clients alike.

You will translate Premier’s unique value proposition into clear messaging, adoption communications, vertical sales plays, client-facing collateral, pricing narratives, and sales enablement. You will play a pivotal role in clients adopting Navan Premier, supporting existing customer communications while building a repeatable growth engine for net-new Premier business. This is a high-visibility, highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives at moving seamlessly between strategy and execution.

Core Responsibilities

As Premier PMM you’ll contribute to three objectives:

  • Ensure Seamless Migration: Lead product marketing activity that supports upsells and adoption to Navan Premier within our existing client base, increasing trust, service quality, and program momentum.
  • Drive Net-New Growth: Support Navan Sales to win more of the right target clients by establishing clear differentiation and value metrics for Premier.
  • Ongoing Client Engagement: Support client success teams at Navan in developing dedicated messaging and communications for ongoing adoption and programme success.

What You'll Do

  • Positioning & Messaging: Work with Product and Sales to define target audiences and craft compelling positioning that differentiates Navan Premier in the market.
  • Value Proposition & Value Messaging: Articulate Premier’s unique value proposition and ROI so clients clearly understand why Premier is unique to Navan.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new capabilities and service enhancements to drive product adoption and engagement for Navan Premier.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with Enablement and Field teams to produce pitch decks, playbooks, battlecards, and training materials that empower Sales to sell Premier with confidence in a simple and highly differentiated way.
  • Content & Collateral: Produce high-impact product collateral for prospects and customers, independently and in partnership with the Content team.
  • Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct customer research, competitive analyses, and industry benchmarking to inform product roadmaps and strategic narrative alignment for high-touch service requirement sectors.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Operations, and Sales to inform integrated campaigns that support retention and pipeline growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, report on, and optimize product marketing initiatives using performance data to achieve target business outcomes.
  • Migration Communications: Craft coherent, transparent, and reassuring migration communications that protect client trust during transitions.
  • Pricing & Packaging Narratives: Align pricing narratives and structures to support high-touch service delivery while protecting profitability and margins.
  • Vertical GTM Frameworks: Establish repeatable go-to-market execution frameworks across priority high-touch verticals rather than relying on bespoke storytelling.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
