Through Enthuse, we support thousands of charities and nonprofits across the UK, helping them raise funds and connect with supporters. Our platform enables charities to raise millions each year through donations, events and fundraising. Founded in 2012, Enthuse has grown to over 70 people across the UK and Ireland.

Day-to-day, you will:
- You enjoy turning complex products into clear, simple stories that customers understand and act on. You use insight and feedback to shape messaging, whether that’s improving conversion on a web page, strengthening a sales narrative or helping customers see value sooner.
- You like working across teams and making things happen, not just planning them. You’re confident working independently, while knowing when to involve others to get the best result.
- You take pride in creating high quality content that’s accurate, consistent and easy to use. You’re naturally curious and always looking for ways to improve messaging, grow adoption and spot new opportunities in the market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and own product marketing content, including sales presentations, website copy, product demos and competitor insights.
- Build customer personas and messaging frameworks so products feel relevant and easy to understand.
- Use data and feedback to review performance, improve adoption and help shape future product strategy.
- Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to plan and deliver clear, timely product launches.

Your skills and experiences also include:
- Experience in product marketing or a similar role within a fast moving, growing environment, gained in the charity or not for profit space is essential.
- Experience supporting or delivering product launches and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to use data to generate insights, identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
- Confidence creating sales materials, landing pages and clear product messaging.
