About Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is a leading provider of over-the-counter (OTC) market data across interest rates, inflation, money markets, foreign exchange, energy, and commodities markets.
We bring transparency to traditionally opaque, illiquid, and hard-to-price markets, helping financial institutions gain deeper insight into market dynamics.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and strategic Product Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of relevant financial B2B experience to join the Parameta Solutions marketing team. This role will play a critical part in driving go-to-market strategy and executing marketing campaigns for our derivatives data products.
Working closely with commercial, product, and client-facing teams, you will bring our OTC market data solutions to life through compelling messaging, content, and campaigns that resonate with clients and prospects. This hybrid role combines product marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, and demand generation. It requires a strong interest in financial products, the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling stories, and a proven track record of building awareness, generating demand, and creating pipeline growth through digital channels.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product marketing plans, positioning, and messaging that effectively communicate the value of Parameta’s OTC market data, indices, and analytics solutions
- Design and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns across a range of channels, including digital marketing, events, and content creation, to increase market awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales pipeline growth.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and client success teams to develop tailored marketing content, collateral, and campaigns. Act as a resourceful problem solver, translating complex product features into clear, compelling benefits for the target audience.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and ensure the product’s positioning remains competitive and relevant in the market.
- Partner with our digital marketing agencies to develop and scale a high-performing digital growth engine, optimising SEO, paid media, website performance, email marketing, and content campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive qualified lead generation, and support pipeline growth.
- Be an influential voice in the commercial organization, driving alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Balance autonomy with collaboration, leveraging relationships across teams to achieve results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
