Job Title: Product & Customer Marketing Manager (a.k.a. The Market-Whisperer & Sales Supercharger)
Location: London, Hybrid
First Off: Who Are They?
They build best-in-class SaaS tech that integrates with everything recruiters use daily (CRMs, emails, data platforms) so they can do more with less, talk to more humans, and generally suffer less admin-induced soul-crushing boredom.
The Mission
They need a Product & Customer Marketing Manager to sit right in the juicy intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
You’ll be the bridge builder, the narrative weaver, and the campaign launcher. One day you’re translating technical product roadmaps into sharp, customer-facing value; the next, you’re equipping their CRO with battle cards so fierce their competitors will want to hide under their desks.
If you love strategic thinking but get an equal kick out of actually building and executing campaigns, step right up.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A Day in Your (Very Fun, Very Busy) Life
Product Marketing:
- Translate cool technical features into "Shut up and take my money!" product narratives.
- You’ll own releases end-to-end, stalk the competitive landscape, and keep their ICP positioning razor-sharp.
Sales Enablement:
- Arm the sales team with battle cards, objection guides, one-pagers, and email sequences that actually get opened.
Customer Marketing:
- Partner with CS to keep existing customers obsessed.
- You’ll design retention and upsell campaigns, jump on customer calls for real insights, and hoard case studies and G2 reviews like dragon treasure.
Campaign Management:
- Run the whole show—briefs, asset production, activation, and post-campaign data dives.
- You manage campaigns like an air traffic controller, not a passive spectator.
