Product Marketing Manager

Reporting of the role

Reporting into Global VP Product Solutions & Operations

Overview of our internal system Waves & the Role

Waves is the operating system behind the world’s best creator programmes. Built for brands, creators, and the teams that bring them together, Waves brings together the technology needed to run creator campaigns at scale. Today, it powers every Influencer campaign, supporting critical parts of the creator marketing workflow from discovery and campaign management through to content approvals, live reporting, and payments.

Our ambition goes much further. We are entering the next phase of Waves, expanding the platform to new external users, testing new use cases and commercial models, and building a more scalable technology-led revenue stream alongside our core creator marketing services. We are looking for a Regional Product Marketing Manager to become the Waves expert for EMEA and help lead that next phase.

This is not a conventional PMM role focused only on messaging, launches, and sales decks. You will sit at the intersection of users, clients, Product, Engineering, Client Services, Brand Partnerships, and specialist teams across the business, acting as the person your region turns to on all things Waves. You will own regional support and enablement, launch new features, train internal teams, onboard external users, provide early customer success support, lead user research, shape go-to-market activity, and work directly with the Global VP Product Solutions & Operations to investigate future product and commercial opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced product marketer who can come in with a point of view, bring proven PMM discipline into the business, establish best practice, and take genuine ownership from day one. You should be able to show us how excellent product marketing works, rather than wait to be given a detailed playbook.

3 best things about the job

You become the Waves expert for your region

You will be the person closest to how Waves is actually used. From Client Services and Brand Partnerships to client users and beta testers, you will see where the product creates value, where users struggle, what clients want next, and what needs to improve. You will have the opportunity to turn those insights into better adoption, stronger launches, better client experiences, and meaningful product change.

You sit directly between users and the people building the product

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role is unusually close to both the market and the product. You will work directly with users, clients, specialist teams, Product Managers, Engineers, and senior leadership. You will not simply market features after they have been built. You will help identify the right problems to solve, bring together the relevant subject matter experts, validate opportunities with users, research the market, assess commercial potential, and contribute evidence that shapes future product decisions.

You help turn Waves into a scalable commercial opportunity

Waves already powers every Influencer campaign. The next opportunity is to bring the platform to more external users and build a scalable technology-led revenue stream around it. You will help launch Waves to new users, recruit and support beta participants, test new use cases, validate willingness to pay, shape positioning and packaging, and turn early client adoption into repeatable commercial propositions. This is a rare opportunity to help take a proven internal technology platform and play a direct role in expanding it into a broader client-facing product and revenue opportunity.

Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:

  • Become the recognised Waves subject matter expert and first point of contact for Client Services and Brand Partnerships in your region.
  • Built strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, Client Services, Brand Partnerships, Creative Strategy, Marketing Science, Creative Production, and with your Regional PMM counterpart.
  • Taken ownership of regional Waves support, training, and enablement, creating a clear and repeatable experience for internal teams and client users.
  • Led the successful regional launch and adoption of new Waves features, including internal communications, demos, training, and structured feedback.
  • Successfully onboarded new external users to Waves and established a high-quality customer success experience that supports adoption, repeat usage, and long-term value.
  • Led structured user discovery across internal teams, clients, prospects, and beta users, turning feedback into clear product, commercial, and go-to-market recommendations.
  • Partnered with the Global VP Product Solutions & Operations and relevant internal experts to research, validate, and commercially assess future product opportunities, including competitor analysis, third-party solutions, client demand, willingness to pay, and revenue potential.
  • Improved how Waves is positioned and commercialised in your region, strengthening pitches, demos, GTM materials, Beta Club participation, and the identification of new revenue opportunities.

Roles & responsibilities:

Regional Waves Leadership, Support & Adoption

You will become the definitive Waves expert for your region, knowing the platform deeply enough to support users, explain its value to senior clients, train teams, identify product gaps, and confidently represent the user perspective.

You will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all things Waves across Client Services, Brand Partnerships, and other relevant teams in your region.
  • Own first-line responses to Waves support questions, triaging product issues, bugs, user questions, and feature requests with Product and Engineering where needed.
  • Run internal onboarding, training, demos, and enablement for new starters, existing teams, and major new features.
  • Lead regional launches of new Waves capabilities, translating functionality into clear user value and practical use cases.
  • Support beta testing and user acceptance testing, recruit the right users, gather structured feedback, and identify adoption blockers.
  • Turn recurring support themes and user feedback into better training, workflows, and product recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Regional PMM in EMEA to share learnings and create a consistent global approach.

External Launch, Customer Success & Go-to-Market

As Waves expands beyond its role as Influencer’s internal operating system, you will help launch the platform to new external users and ensure they get meaningful value from it.

You will:

  • Lead regional onboarding, training, and early customer success for external Waves users.
  • Support the Waves Beta Club, recruiting participants, gathering feedback, and helping turn early adopters into long-term commercial opportunities.
  • Work with Client Services and Brand Partnerships to identify existing and prospective clients who could benefit from greater Waves access or new product capabilities.
  • Build and improve regional GTM materials, including pitch decks, demos, PDFs, one-pagers, case studies, sizzle reels, and website content.
  • Support client demos, pitches, strategic account conversations, and launches of new commercial propositions.
  • Test messaging, value propositions, willingness to pay, and packaging assumptions with clients and prospects.
  • Help identify where Waves can generate direct technology revenue, expand client relationships, or create new scalable commercial models.

User Research, Product Discovery & Roadmap Input

You will bring the voice of the user into how Waves evolves, helping ensure future product decisions are based on real evidence rather than isolated requests or internal assumptions.

You will:

  • Lead structured research with internal users, existing clients, prospects, and beta users.
  • Turn user feedback, usage data, and market evidence into clear product and commercial recommendations.
  • Partner with the Global VP Product Solutions & Operations to investigate and validate future product opportunities.
  • Analyse competitor products, adjacent technologies, and third-party solutions to identify where Waves should build, buy, partner, or deliberately not compete.
  • Support commercial opportunity sizing, including client demand, addressable users, willingness to pay, differentiation, adoption potential, and revenue opportunity.
  • Bring an external market perspective into roadmap discussions and challenge internal assumptions where the evidence does not support them.
  • Build clear, evidence-based recommendations that can inform product strategy, GTM, monetisation, and prioritisation.

Cross-Functional Partnerships

Great product decisions require the right expertise around the table. You will work across Influencer to bring specialist knowledge into product discovery and GTM, partnering with Creative Strategy and Marketing Science on intelligence-led opportunities, Client Services and Brand Partnerships on campaign management and client workflows, Marketing Science on measurement solutions, and Creative Production on creative and content tools.

You will:

  • Bring together the right subject matter experts for each product opportunity.
  • Translate specialist expertise, user needs, market evidence, and product data into clear recommendations.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to turn user insight into actionable feedback and future opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Client Services, Brand Partnerships, Creative Strategy, Marketing Science, Creative Production, and Marketing.

What you will need:

Essential

  • 7+ years of relevant experience across product marketing, product solutions, SaaS, marketing technology, advertising technology, or a related field.
