The Role
As a Product Marketing Manager (all genders), you'll help prospects and users unlock the full value of Lucanet's solutions, with a particular focus on our xP&A solution, in a highly strategic role that drives measurable growth for the business.
You'll work closely with Product, Sales, GTM, and Marketing teams to build a deep understanding of our target customers and buyers, owning product messaging, positioning, sales enablement content, and engagement journeys across every stage of the customer and buyer journey. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.
What You'll Do
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for xP&A, including launch strategies, messaging frameworks, and engagement plans for new features
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions that resonate with target buyers
- Drive win-loss analysis using Gong, Salesforce, and Lightdash to inform data-driven strategic decisions
- Plan and execute go-to-market activities, including video content, webinars, and AI-powered engagement strategies
- Build and scale enablement assets that are practical, engaging, and widely adopted by internal teams
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Track competitors and equip customer-facing teams with battlecards, insights, and targeted training
- Use storytelling to communicate customer value, going beyond feature lists to highlight business outcomes
What You Bring
You have:
- Led product positioning, messaging, and GTM execution for a SaaS product, driving measurable sales impact
- Transformed complex product features into value propositions tailored to distinct buyer personas
- Led product launches from planning through execution, aligning teams and driving market success
- Built enablement assets that customer-facing teams have adopted and used to drive results
- Excellent English communication skills for collaborating in an international environment
- Experience working with tools such as Gong, Salesforce, or Lightdash for data-driven marketing decisions
- A track record of translating market trends and customer needs into actionable strategic insights
