This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Testora) based in the United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth and market positioning of a self-discovery mobile app focused on personality, intelligence, relationships, career strengths, and personal development. You’ll combine market and user research with product analytics to uncover meaningful opportunities for growth. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you’ll turn insights into hypotheses and experiments that directly influence the user journey. The role requires a hands-on, analytical mindset and a strong ability to move from identifying a problem to testing and validating a solution. You’ll work closely with product and cross-functional teams while leveraging AI and automation to accelerate experimentation. With strong performance and ownership, the position can develop into a broader product marketing leadership opportunity.
Accountabilities
- Conduct market and user research to identify emerging trends, user needs, behavioral patterns, and opportunities for product growth.
- Generate, evaluate, and prioritize product growth hypotheses based on research, product metrics, and business objectives.
- Design and launch structured growth experiments to validate hypotheses and identify the most effective approaches.
- Analyze experiment results and product data to determine what is working, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Use spreadsheets, product metrics, and data-driven analysis to support decision-making and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
- Explore and apply AI and automation tools to accelerate the design, development, and launch of new user journeys and experimentation workflows.
- Collaborate with product and other cross-functional stakeholders to turn insights into practical product and marketing initiatives.
- Take ownership of projects from problem identification through execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of growth processes, experimentation frameworks, and product marketing practices.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results; exceptional candidates with less experience may also be considered.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex challenges, identify root causes, and drive solutions through to completion.
- Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with product metrics, spreadsheets, data-driven hypotheses, and experiment results.
- Ability to learn quickly and adopt new AI and automation tools to improve productivity, experimentation, and user journey development.
- Strong ownership mentality, initiative, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to prioritizing opportunities and making decisions.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher (B2+), with the ability to communicate clearly in an international working environment.
- Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
- A degree from a leading university is advantageous.
- Genuine interest in psychology, personality, self-development, or related areas is a plus.
