Product Marketing Manager

Contract | Hybrid Working

6-month initial contract inside IR35

We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and go-to-market delivery for a portfolio of innovative B2B products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to shape product positioning, drive customer adoption, and influence commercial growth within a complex and highly collaborative environment.

The Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of product marketing strategy across the entire product lifecycle, from commercial validation and market introduction through to adoption, growth, and ongoing optimisation. Working closely with Product, Sales, Digital, Campaigns, and Customer teams, you will ensure products are positioned effectively and achieve strong market adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and target audience strategies.
  • Use customer, market, and competitor insight to identify commercial opportunities and inform business decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional product launch planning and market introduction activity.
  • Drive customer adoption, retention, and commercial growth throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, product guides, and go-to-market assets.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful commercial outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
