About Revolut

People deserve more from their money. More visibility, more control, and more freedom. Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that. Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 75+ million customers get more from their money every day.

As we continue our lightning-fast growth, 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 13,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.

About The Role

Marketing at Revolut is all about clarity, creativity, and commercial impact. Our Growth team turns bold ideas into campaigns that connect with millions. We work across channels and teams to build a brand that earns attention and drives results, shaping how people see, understand, and engage with our products.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to build and lead our trust and bank launch narratives globally. You'll turn milestones into moments worth talking about, earning credibility with regulators and local audiences alike.

Between launches, you'll drive go-to-market strategies for security features, certifications, and confidence-building initiatives, creating systematic playbooks that scale across markets while tailoring every story to local media landscapes with cultural relevance.

Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Turning license milestones into a credible public narrative that acts as the source of truth for press, PR, and local teams
  • Leading creative direction with designers, PR, and local agencies to craft launch moments built for coverage and cultural buzz, not just performance marketing
  • Partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs to ensure launch communications are timed, framed, and cleared properly
  • Leading GTM campaigns for security features and trust initiatives (fraud protection, data security, certifications), turning technical stories into educational campaigns
  • Spotting gaps where Revolut can build public or institutional trust and turning them into standalone campaigns
  • Tracking share of voice, press pickup, and brand metrics to prove ROI and sharpen our approach
  • Turning learnings into living global frameworks so trust-building becomes repeatable without losing creative edge

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
