Our magic lies in our team of proud payments nerds. Spanning over 50 nationalities across 10+ global locations, our diverse cultures aren't a checklist; they are the competitive advantage driving our innovation. This is a people-first, high trust environment where you’ll have the autonomy to make a massive impact, own your work end-to-end, and grow through broad exposure, meaningful challenges, and continuous learning. We get things done, challenge respectfully, put the customer first, and recognise that our biggest successes are those we create as a team. If you’re ready to leave your footprint on global commerce, join us.
The Purpose
PPRO is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to ground our go-to-market strategy in data. You’ll mine Salesforce, product, and transaction data across platforms to build a clear, evidence-based Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), collaborating with commercial and leadership to define ICP tiers that shape our launch plans. You’ll own sales enablement for a scaling commercial team - leveraging AI tools to build battlecards, decks, technical FAQs, and training. You’ll also close the feedback loop by translating win/loss data into actionable enablement to the wider marketing team for campaign planning, channel optimisation, and KPI measurement.
What you’ll be doing
Build and maintain PPRO's ICP through data
- Mine Salesforce (accounts, opportunities, win/loss reasons) and Gong alongside product usage and transaction data to build and continuously refine PPRO's ICP across verticals, regions, and payment segments.
- Identify which customer segments yield high win rates and expansion, establishing a repeatable process to feed those insights back into our ICP model.
- Determine which data sets and behavioral signals yield the clearest indicators of customer fit, ensuring your analysis focuses on high-value business drivers.
- Translate ICP findings into targeting criteria for campaigns, lead scoring, account planning, content creation, launch plans and feed it into the wider team.
- Collaborate and support sales and wider marketing team on generating target lists based on the ICP and business/launch objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
