£32,000-£37,000 plus benefits

Directorate: Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Stratford, London Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

About the Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Senior Executive to play a key role in developing and delivering integrated marketing activity that engages supporters, maximises campaign performance and helps accelerate progress towards our mission of beating cancer.
This role will be working collaboratively across teams and with external partners, you'll bring creativity, commercial awareness and data-driven decision making to every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
What will I be doing?
- Deliver marketing activity across our helping to drive sign-ups, fundraising and supporter engagement, from planning through to execution, optimisation and evaluation.
- Work with complex data, identifying and investigating data issues and collaborating with stakeholders to improve supporter experience.
- Lead the creation and production of compelling campaign assets across digital and offline channels, working with agencies, freelancers and internal creative teams.
- Manage relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and against agreed KPIs.
- Use data from campaign analysis and product insight to identify opportunities, monitor performance and improve the effectiveness of acquisition and supporter journey activity.
- Support and upskill colleagues across the marketing delivery team, providing guidance on marketing systems, processes and campaign delivery.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing activity that drives acquisition, engagement and value, ideally within a supporter, customer or participant-focused environment.
- Experience building, delivering and optimising email and SMS communications, with a strong understanding of supporter or customer journeys.
- Experience managing agency and supplier relationships, with the ability to deliver activity effectively and maximise value from external partners.
- Confidence working with complex datasets, using insight to identify opportunities, investigate issues and inform marketing decisions.
- Demonstrable experience developing creative briefs, assets and content that deliver against campaign objectives.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms, with Adobe Campaign experience desirable.

Eligibility Criteria
Internal candidates should ideally have completed their 6-month ‘getting started’ period before applying for other roles. You should also advise your current line manager at the point you make an internal application, or at the latest, at the point of being invited for an interview.
All internal candidates applying for a secondment, must have:
- completed their getting started period
- discussed their intention to apply and gained approval to apply with their line manager
- been in their substantive (home) role for at least 6 months (this is only applicable if you have previously been on secondment)
