About the Role

This Senior Manager of Product Marketing will:
- Lead global product positioning, launches, and portfolio growth
- Act as the connective hub between Product, Growth, CRM, Partnerships, and Customer Support, ensuring seamless messaging and enablement.
- Report to the Chief Growth Officer, shaping p recrammingimming strategy to drive adoption, engagement, and monetization across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Define differentiated positioning for all product segments (B2C travelers, B2B partners, enterprise).
- Develop and maintain a global messaging framework across channels and languages.
- Align product value with external communication.
- Ensure consistency in brand narratives.
Go-To-Market & Customer Insights
- Lead GTM planning for new products/feature Fplementations.
- Collaborate with Growth, CRM, and Partnerships to design integrated launch plans with goals, channels, and metrics.
- Build deep customer insights, analyzing behavior, feedback, and market trends.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and synthesize data to drive strategy.
- Amplify customer voice across Product, Marketing, and Leadership.
Product Adoption & Lifecycle Marketing
- Design strategies to boost activation, engagement, upsells, and retention.
- Partner with CRM, Growth, and Product on behavioral-data-driven lifecycle campaigns.
- Identify gaps between product capability and customer awareness/usage.
Launch Planning, Support & Enablement
- Partner early with Product Management for roadmap integration.
- Define launch tiers and coordinate cross-functional readiness (Marketing, Support, Sales, Partnerships).
- Own launch retrospectives and refine the marketing playbook.
- Equip teams (Growth, CRM, Partnerships, Customer Support) with:
- Positioning guides
- Competitive battlecards
- Objection-handling materials
- Product updates
- Maintain a training cadence to keep teams updated.
- Develop structured programs for product understanding.
- Create onboarding materials for new hires.

Your Background
Ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, with senior leadership in high-growth tech, consumer, or marketplace companies.
- Proven GTM ownership for complex/global products.

- Remote-first with global team collaboration experience.
- Balanced B2C and B2B+B2C portfolio management (B2C focus).
- Multi-country expertise—able to navigate regional products/user bases.
