Support three major B2B product launches over the next 12 months

Work alongside an experienced Product Marketing Manager Join a 24-person global marketing team Fully remote anywhere in the UK £60,000 basic salary

The Role

An established international B2B organisation is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a newly created position supporting the existing Product Marketing Manager with three new products being launched concurrently this year, with the potential for further launches to follow.

These products are an important part of the company's growth plans. They will help deepen relationships with existing customers while creating new revenue opportunities.

Working closely with the Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of campaign coordination and day-to-day launch execution. You will help turn agreed product positioning and messaging into structured go-to-market campaigns, ensuring that timelines, assets and stakeholders remain on track.

This is not a standalone Product Marketing Manager role, but it does offer plenty of responsibility and ownership. You will need to get up to speed quickly, work across several product launches at once and be comfortable operating in an international business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
