Purpose of the Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help us better understand our customers, support product launches, and create compelling content that helps bring our solutions to market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is interested in product marketing, market research, customer insights, and working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
What You'll Be Doing
Market & Customer Research
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Help build customer profiles and buyer personas.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Support win/loss analysis and customer insight projects.
Product Marketing Support
- Assist in developing product messaging and value propositions.
- Help communicate product benefits in a clear and engaging way.
- Support product launches and go-to-market activities.

Content & Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain product presentations, sales materials, and customer-facing content.
- Support the production of case studies, blogs, webinars, and marketing collateral.
- Help ensure consistent product messaging across different channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Support projects that improve customer experience and product adoption.
- Contribute ideas and insights that help drive product and business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious and analytical mindset with an interest in understanding customers and markets.
- Ability to organize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with data and drawing simple insights from information.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
What Success Looks Like
- Delivering clear and useful customer, market, and competitor insights.
- Supporting product launches and go-to-market activities with well-organized materials.
- Creating simple, effective sales and marketing content that explains product value.
- Building strong working relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Continuously developing product marketing knowledge, confidence, and commercial understanding.
